At CloudLine, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made through our platform.
2. Failed Verifications
If a phone number fails to receive an SMS verification code during your session, you will not be charged for that transaction. The credit will remain in your account balance. No action is required on your part — failed transactions are automatically detected and credits are preserved.
3. Account Credit Refunds
Refund requests for unused account credit are handled as follows:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund of unused credit balance is available upon request.
- After 7 days: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partially used credits may be refunded proportionally.
- Fully used credits: Credits that have been consumed through successful service usage are not eligible for refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:

- Include your account email and the transaction ID (available in your dashboard).
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the original payment method:
- PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account.
- Credit/debit card payments: Refunded to the original card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Credits consumed through successful SMS verification transactions.
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
