1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudLine's website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloudLine provides SMS verification services, offering temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. The Service is available through a web-based dashboard and a REST API.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Harassment, spamming, or phishing activities.
• Bypassing security measures of third-party services in violation of their terms.
• Reselling or redistributing our Service without authorization.
• Automated abuse, such as excessive API calls intended to disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis:

• You add credit to your account balance via supported payment methods (PayPal, credit/debit cards).
• Credits are deducted based on usage (per number per service request).
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violations of these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice where possible).
• Unexpected technical issues.
• Third-party provider outages.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. SMS Delivery

While we strive for reliable SMS delivery, we cannot guarantee that every verification code will be received. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and services. If a number fails to receive an SMS code, you will not be charged for that specific transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the website design, logos, API, and documentation, are owned by CloudLine and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CloudLine harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloudLine operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
